This original postcard is from the 1933 Century Of Progress (Chicago World's Fair) which was held in Chicago. It is in excellent condition and the front features the "Fountain, Chicago World's Fair". The reverse side features a postcard format, which is unused and a paragraph that says "Magnificent lighting effects in five colors-green, red, amber, blue, and white-will make the spectacle unlike everything else in the world. 40 feet high and 200 feet wide, at the south end, three single high sprays about the dome throw water 75 feet into the air." and measures approx. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2".
